Šárka combines industrial engineering expertise with cyber security, effectively bridging operational efficiency and the protection of industrial technologies. She began her career in the food production sector, where she optimised processes, reduced costs and improved overall operational efficiency. She subsequently expanded her experience in the automotive industry, developing manufacturing and logistics systems and applying lean production principles to enhance performance and reliability.
She built the foundations of her professional knowledge at Univerzita Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně, where she developed a strong interest in the relationship between efficiency, operational reliability and security. She currently works at IRON OT, focusing on the protection of critical infrastructure and the cyber security of industrial systems.
At the same time, she continues to deepen her expertise in OT security, combining technical know-how with practical manufacturing experience to deliver effective, real-world security solutions.
